System 01 // Workshop

Mechanical
precision.

Your motorcycle is a connected mechanical system. We approach it the same way: understand the signal, inspect the right components and do the work that keeps the whole machine moving.

Core workshop systems

Six areas.
One complete view.

These are the core service areas Phase 1 is equipped to discuss. The exact work depends on the motorcycle and the result of the inspection.

01 // CARE

Scheduled maintenance

Routine servicing and preventative checks that help identify wear before it becomes downtime.

02 // CONTACT

Wheels & tyres

Tyre condition, puncture-related work and wheel checks for the motorcycle’s connection to the road.

03 // CONTROL

Brake systems

Inspection, repair and replacement work focused on dependable braking performance.

04 // POWER

Engine work

Diagnosis and practical repair work when the motorcycle’s core power system needs attention.

05 // DRIVE

Transmission

Clutch, drive and transmission support for smooth, effective power delivery.

06 // SIGNAL

Fault finding

A structured starting point when the symptom is clear but the underlying cause is not.

Workshop thinking

Inspect the cause.
Not only the symptom.

Good motorcycle work begins with context. What the rider noticed, what changed and how the machine behaves together point the inspection in the right direction.

Workshop sequence

From first contact
to collection.

A straightforward flow designed to give the team the right context before the motorcycle arrives.

Share the bike details

03 // WORK

04 // MOVE

Collect the motorcycle with a clear understanding of the completed work and next step.

Workshop questions

Know before
you book.

What details should I include in my booking?

Your motorcycle’s make, model, year and mileage, what you need done, and any symptom you have noticed. The more specific the context, the more useful the first response can be.

Can I ask about a fault that is difficult to describe?

Yes. Explain when it happens, what the motorcycle sounds or feels like, and whether anything recently changed. The workshop can then advise on the next practical step.

Where is the workshop?

Phase 1 is at Unit 14A, 12 Plantation Road, Wetton, Cape Town, 7780.
